Basing in the simplest form possible

Basing, it's one of those things you hear people say, "I can't do it, it's too hard." I just don't understand. It's got to be one of the easiest things you can do to finish your models and it takes no skill to get great looking bases. I'm using this technique to get my Custodes commission finished quick with some nice looking results.

You need three things... glue, an old brush and some basing material.
I get mine from the parking lot across the street. There's all kinds of free stuff if you just look around.

Add the glue to your model, dip him into your basing material, let dry and brush off any excess before painting. It doesn't have to be any tougher than this. A little bit of paint and presto, instant finished base.

If you want to go all out, you can try this little trick before you glue your guys down to their base.
