Expanding From the Warp to include more

Right, never go past the light... it's very dark out there.

But the "Warp" is a very, very big place with lots of cool stuff.
So it doesn't take long for someone like me too stray out past the boundaries if you will to see what else is out there.

Partly out of curiosity and partly because it's amazing what kind of inspiration you can find out there. And by out there, I mean the non-40k world. Gasp!

There aren't many other sites I look at but I do follow a couple of non-40k blogs though. The main one being Tankards and Broadswords. Dare I categorize him into a RPG blog, but it's interesting to read about another gaming system and the highs and lows those guys face. Just like us.

The Painting Corps hit on this a while ago with a post on Tank Weathering Resources where they highlighted a couple of non-40k sites that covered weathering "tricks" that could be applied to 40k.

So what's the result of all this exploring you ask?

I'm adding a smaller blogroll to the opposite column of FTW with a handful of non-40k blogs that might just broaden some horizons out there and get us all exposed to a little more than Warhammer 40,000.
But I need some help, I would like to know what "hobby" blogs you guys look at other than Warhammer 40,000 blogs. Add a comment and send me a link that I can add to the blogroll. Whether it's your blog or not, we're looking for inspiration outside the world of 40k here.

Worst case scenario, we pick up a few tips to help us along the way.

UPDATE: This post is fairly old and FTW has since experienced a number of changes. Sometimes it's nice to look back at where you came from and where you're going.
